Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion

To request deletion of eligible information Royal Empire holds from Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messages, email support@royalempire.shop with the subject “Social Media Data Deletion Request.” Include the platform and account username. Do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents in your initial email.

We may verify account ownership before processing. We will review and delete eligible records under our control or instruct relevant providers as required by law. Certain records may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. We respond within applicable legal timeframes. This request does not delete information independently held by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
