At Royal Empire™, every piece is made-to-order through our trusted production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and a premium experience. Because each item is produced after your purchase, please review our policy before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Since products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color or style preference
  • Change of mind

Please double-check your size, design selections, and order details before completing checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email: support@royalempire.shop
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Reach out to us at support@royalempire.shop
  • We will work with our carrier to confirm the status
  • If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued

Please note: Royal Empire™ is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement is not available, or
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our end

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
