1. All Sales Are Final
Since products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color or style preference
- Change of mind
Please double-check your size, design selections, and order details before completing checkout.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement:

3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:

- We will work with our carrier to confirm the status
- If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued when:
- A replacement is not available, or
- Your order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our end
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
