Shipping Policy — Royal Empire™
Every order at Royal Empire™ is crafted with care and fulfilled through our trusted U.S. production partners. Below you’ll find our full processing and shipping timelines so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
1. Where We ShiP
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including P.O. Boxes when eligible by the carrier.
International shipping options may be added in the future.
2. Processing & Production Times
All products are made-to-order. This ensures quality, consistency, and reduces waste.
Production Windows:
- DTF / DTG Printed Apparel: 2–5 business days
- Embroidered Items (beanies, hats, select apparel): 3–7 business days
Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Windows
Once production is complete, your order ships from the closest facility to your location.
Estimated Door-to-Door Delivery:
- Tees / Hoodies / Sweatshirts (DTF/DTG): 7–10 business days
- Embroidered Items: 10–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier volume, or seasonal demand.
4. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours after label creation for tracking updates to appear.
5. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages to speed up delivery (for example, a tee and an embroidered beanie).
This will not affect your shipping cost.
6. Order Holds (Artwork or Quality Checks)
If an item requires a quick adjustment—such as an embroidery file review or quality check—your order may be placed on a temporary hold.
As soon as the issue is resolved, production resumes immediately.
7. Address Issues & Delivery Concerns
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Email us at support@royalempire.shop ASAP after placing your order.
If a package returns due to an incorrect address, we can reship once corrected (additional shipping charges may apply).
Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
Before contacting us, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Inspect mailrooms/porch areas
- Contact your local USPS/UPS office with your tracking number
If the package is still not found within 3 business days, email us and we’ll help.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, email clear photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
8. Carrier Delays & Peak Seasons
Weather, carrier capacity, and holiday volume can cause delays beyond our control.
We will always assist in tracking your order and providing updates where possible.
9. Shipping Rates
Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and items in your order.
10. Cancellations & Edits
Orders enter production quickly.
If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@royalempire.shop immediately after checkout.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
